I have appeared as a guest on his show to discuss a variety of mixology and/or pop culture topics, particularly the Polynesian Pop movement in the USA … I develop the content we’ll be covering, Ray and I review it, and then away we go.

The lab sessions include topics such as cocktail bitters, homemade drink syrups, and even how to turn a real coconut into a serviceable drinking vessel for frosty tropical libations. A thing or two may get lit on fire as well.
